Amanda majored in psychology and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. She serves as an administrative assistant. Before returning to Hattiesburg in 2007, she completed two years of graduate study at the master's level in Counselor Education at The University of Alabama. She is an avid football fan, and enjoys reading, movies, and running. Amanda completed her first marathon in February of 2010.
